In the year 1979 God gave a vision to do a mission among the people who lived in the island of Srirangam. Pastor Rajendran responded HIS call and he resigned his job to do “HIS” mission without any doubt he settled in Srirangam, in the year 1983 with what he had but not with any social influence and he started his ministry by personal evangelism, tract distribution and dawn preaching.  In 1987, the Sunday worship has been started.
